Haymarket Media Group appoints Mike Graziani as new CEO of its US operations

Seasoned healthcare communications leader will oversee the strategic direction and growth of Haymarket Media Inc’s 40 market-leading brands

New York/London, 09 April, 2025: Haymarket Media Group today announces Mike Graziani as the next CEO of Haymarket Media Inc., reporting to the Group CEO, Kevin Costello. Graziani will succeed Lee Maniscalco and will take over the running of the business from 01 July 2025, when Maniscalco steps into a non-executive board advisory role.

Graziani joined Haymarket in 2018 and is currently the President of the Company’s Medical Communications and PRI Healthcare Solutions divisions. He was appointed to the Haymarket Media Inc. Board in April 2021. Graziani has over 20 years of healthcare communications experience.

As CEO, Graziani will oversee all aspects of the US business, across continuing medical education (CME), healthcare communications, custom marketing and business media. Setting the strategic direction, growth, and operations for its portfolio of renowned brands including MyCME, Haylo, Rare Disease Advisor and Campaign US, providing essential information, data and insights to healthcare and marketing communications professionals across the US.
