The Royal College of Surgeons of England and Haymarket Media Group’s specialist agency Wonderly will deliver a new event for surgical professionals, the Future of Surgery Festival, in 2026

The Royal College of Surgeons of England (RCS England) and Wonderly are today delighted to announce a new strategic partnership to deliver the Future of Surgery Festival by RCS England, designed to inspire and support surgeons at all stages of their career. The Festival will take place on 20-21 April 2026 at the ICC Birmingham.

Reinforcing the College’s role at the frontline of surgical innovation, the Future of Surgery Festival will celebrate the surgical profession, champion innovation, education and thought leadership, while spotlighting key cross-specialty themes and the emerging challenges facing modern surgery. 

Wonderly, the specialist agency within Haymarket Media Group, has been appointed as the full-service professional conference organiser for RCS England, drawing on expertise in producing successful large-scale medical events, developing content, engaging audiences and driving growth. This collaboration will unite RCS England’s trusted leadership, authoritative standards, leading research, and academic excellence with Wonderly’s creative strategy and delivery strength.
