London, 29 August: Haymarket Media Group today announces Matt Farquharson has joined its specialist agency, Wonderly, as its new Editorial Director. In his role, Matt leads Wonderly’s creative vision and will be instrumental in the agency’s sustainable growth.

Matt brings extensive commercial, content, and creative expertise to Haymarket. Now as Editorial Director at Wonderly, Matt will lead on content strategy, ensuring engaging, high-quality work that resonates with audiences, delivers impact for clients, and builds strong, lasting partnerships. From overseeing editorial excellence on high-profile collaborations like CIPD and Volkswagen Group UK to shaping award and event content and tracking performance metrics, he will play a key role in both client satisfaction and Wonderly’s strategic advancements.

Speaking about his appointment, Matt said: “It’s fitting that my first paid byline as a junior reporter came from a Haymarket title, HR, nearly 20 years ago. I’m excited to lead Wonderly’s editorial output and content strategy, ensuring we deliver high-quality work that truly resonates with audiences and creates impactful client partnerships.”

Issie Peate, Managing Director for Wonderly, added: “We are delighted to welcome Matt to Wonderly as Editorial Director. It’s a pivotal leadership role for the agency driving Wonderly’s content strategy, and contributing to our strategic growth. His varied multi-channel experience across consumer, B2B, owned media and agency aligns with our ambitions to serve Wonderly clients, new and existing, with best in class content to engage our clients audiences.”
