PRWeek US Celebrates its 2023 Hall of Fame

PRWeek welcomed six outstanding leaders of the communications industry into its Hall of Fame on December 4, 2023. The inductees – Scott Allison, Hilary Rosen, Maureen Lippe, Vickee Jordan Adams, Frank X. Shaw and Dan Bartlett – have made outstanding contributions to the communications industry over the course of their extensive careers.

Now in its 11th year, the Hall of Fame also featured the inaugural presentation of the David Finn Award, named for the late iconic pioneer in PR.

The gala event began with a cocktail hour, giving guests the opportunity to mingle, take photos and network. 

Shortly after, guests headed to the awards ceremony to congratulate Jonathan Adashek of IBM on winning the inaugural David Finn Award which was presented by both PRWeek and Ruder Finn.

To end the evening, supporting friends, colleagues, friends and family filled the room to applaud and honor the outstanding individuals who have left a mark in the PR industry, which included a recognition of past accomplishments through video presentations from former US President George W. Bush and high-profile CEOs such as Microsoft’s Satya Nadella and Walmart’s Doug McMillon.
